Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

All returns must be postmarked with in thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tage and lables attached. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@heroesden.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recomend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at leaset seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 

Exeptions

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned 

Delays / Lost / Misrouted items 

Although we will endevor to get your product to you, we are reliant on our postal service / delivery provider. 

In the even of a delay, lost item, or misrouted item, you are to contact the postal / delivery courrier in an attempt to tract down the package. 

Heroes Den may provide you with a shipping / tracking numer if used for the product, if requested. 

It is not the ownership or responsibility of Heroes Den to locate any items once posted, although we will try to help if possible. 

In the event of a delay, lost or misrouted item Heroes Den may look to send an additonal product or offer an alternative in its sted.
